Dan Phillips

Dan Phillips is a Partner at Sandbox Industries and a Managing Director of Cultivian Sandbox. Dan represents Cultivian Sandbox on the Board of Directors of Cooks Venture, Culture Biosciences, Debut Biotech, Full Harvest and Geltor. Dan has over a decade of experience investing in innovative technology companies, initially as a member of the investment team with Sandbox Healthcare and the Blue Venture Fund. Previously, he helped to build Healthbox, an accelerator program founded by Sandbox Industries that supports seed stage healthcare startups.

Dan serves as a Board Member of the Sustainable Food Center, an Austin-based nonprofit that seeks to build a sustainable and equitable food system across Central Texas.
