Food and beverage companies purchase this produce on the marketplace to save on food cost, while farms receive additional revenue.
Full Harvest is able to provide a solution to satisfy both sides of the market by providing food and beverage companies discounted produce and providing higher margins to farms. The farmer sells surplus or imperfect produce at a 50%-60% discount and the buyer saves 30%-40% of the cost.
Full Harvest is initially focusing on leafy greens and other fruits and vegetables, primarily in the California market.
